Department of anesthesia and perioperative care

The department of Anesthesia provides state of art care for patients undergoing all types of surgical procedures, and handled by precise and unique professionals with high expertise in this field. The department is equipped with the latest and advanced amenities for managing critically ill patients. The department provides anesthesia services to various surgical specialties and super specialties distributed in eight well equipped theatres. The service of the department also extends to the procedure outside the theatres like radiation, ERCP etc. The department runs a Pre anesthesia clinic where the surgical patients are seen as outpatient basis. Patients admitted for surgeries will be visited by a consultant anesthetist on the previous day of surgery. Labor analgesia also rendered by the department as and when required.
