AICE is a large enterprise organization based in the Sultanate of Oman. While their core data systems were well established, there was no centralized, mobile-accessible layer for analytics, dashboards, and structured reporting. Solution

Citymapia designed and developed the AICE Genius Application, a secure enterprise mobile and web-responsive reporting platform. A mid-layer reporting architecture was implemented, where data from the primary enterprise database is securely synchronised into a dedicated Reporting / Sync Database at fixed 5-minute intervals — isolating reporting workloads, ensuring zero performance impact on core systems, and delivering reliable near real-time analytics.

The application delivers a role-based, mobile-first reporting experience with configurable dashboards and drill-down analytics — available on iOS, Android, and web browsers through a unified, secure access system powered by Amazon Cognito.
