MOH in gulf countries like UAE provides opportunities for nurses and other health professionals to work in these respective countries just by clearing their assessment.
Gulf countries have always been welcoming Indians. There are a majority of Keralites who have migrated to Gulf countries for work. But most of them face visa issues as private sectors don't guarantee job security. Those who are a part of MOH though have visa security including their family members.
