Societies Act, 1860. There can be minimum two members in a Trust, whereas there should be minimum seven members in society. A Public Charitable Trust has to be registered with the office of the Sub Registrar of Revenue Department. The jurisdiction of the Sub Registrar is the locality of the office address of the Trust.
