About Neelambari Academy of Music & Health

We at Neelambri Academy know how a healthy lifestyle can be maintained. A healthy lifestyle is not only on the diet but also the fitness to the body and the mind. We train programs that cultivate fitness and engage the mind, making the mind free from stress. We train yoga asanas as the main part of our fitness program where each yoga position has the power to change your mind to turn it to creativity. Yoga exercises make your body and mind flexible. We also give classes for Zumba dances starting from beginners which is itself a fitness training for individuals looking for weight loss and flat tummy. 

While Zumba dance is exclusively for fun and fitness, we train dance forms of India such as Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, and  Mohiniyattom intending to continue the traditional dance forms that originated in our country. Along with dance, music and musical instruments training is given as we believe in the power of music in life. Music moves the brain to pay attention. Music like Karnataka Music and light music training is given. Musical Instruments from western culture like drums, keyboard, violin and guitar, to classical instruments like Tabla, Mridangam, Chenda are given making our academy a center completely for pure art lovers.

Art also covers drawing and painting classes giving proper training from easy drawing to classic mural paintings. We wish to convey to our students the importance of our culture through the traditional drawing of different forms of painting that existed in our country.
