കോട്ടയം ഈസ്റ്റ് ബി. ആർ. സിയിൽ ഓട്ടിസം പാർക്ക് തുറന്നു

കോട്ടയത്ത് ഓട്ടിസം സെൻ്ററിനോട് ചേർന്ന് സമഗ്രശിക്ഷ കേരള ഓട്ടിസം ബാധിച്ച കുട്ടികൾക്കായി പ്രത്യേക പാർക്ക് നിർമിച്ചു. ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാരായ കുട്ടികളുടെ ക്ഷേമത്തിനും മനസികാരോഗ്യത്തിനും വേണ്ടിയാണ് ഇങ്ങനൊരു ആശയം .പാരഗൺ പോളിമർ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് എന്ന കമ്പനിയുടെ ഫണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറാണ് പാർക്ക് തുറന്നത്. പാർക്ക് ഓട്ടിസം ബാധിച്ച കുട്ടികൾക്ക് സ്കൂളിന് പുറത്ത് രസകരവും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസപരവുമായ അനുഭവം നൽകും. 55 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ചെലവഴിച്ചാണ് പാരഗൺ പോളിമർ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് ഓട്ടിസം പാർക്ക് നിർമ്മിച്ചത്. 2024 ജനുവരിയിൽ നിർമ്മാണം പൂർത്തിയാക്കാൻ അഞ്ച് മാസമെടുത്തു. കോട്ടയത്ത് ജില്ലാ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സമുച്ചയത്തിന് തൊട്ടടുത്താണ് പാർക്ക്. ഒക്യൂപേഷണൽ തെറാപ്പി, സ്പീച്ച് തെറാപ്പി, ഫിസിയോ തെറാപ്പി, സെൻസറി ഇന്റഗ്രേഷൻ തെറാപ്പി, സ്‌പെഷ്യൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ, ഗ്രൂപ്പ് തെറാപ്പി, കൗൺസലിംഗ് തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രത്യേക ആവശ്യങ്ങളുള്ള കുട്ടികൾക്ക് സഹായകമായ നിരവധി സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ അത്യാധുനികവും അങ്ങേയറ്റം ആകർഷണീയമായിട്ടാണ് ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടർ സുബിൻ പോൾ പാർക്ക് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.

പാരഗൺ പോളിമർ പ്രവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് ഡയറക്ടർ റെജി കെ. ജോസഫ്, വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് എൻ.ജി. നാരായണൻ എന്നിവർ ചടങ്ങിൽ വിശിഷ്ടാതിഥികളായിരുന്നു. ബി.ആർ.സി. കോട്ടയം ഈസ്റ്റ് ബ്ളോക്ക് പ്രോജക്ട് കോഡിനേറ്റർ സജൻ എസ്. നായർ പദ്ധതി വിശദീകരണം നടത്തി. സമഗ്രശിക്ഷ കോട്ടയം ഡി.പി.ഒ ബിനു ഏബ്രഹാം, കോട്ടയം ഡി.ഇ.ഒ. ആർ. പ്രദീപ്, ഡയറ്റ് കോട്ടയം പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ഡോ. സഫീന ബീഗം, കൈറ്റ് പ്രതിനിധി തോമസ് വർഗീസ്, എ.ഇ.ഒ. അനിൽ കെ. തോമസ്, എച്ച്.എം. ഫോറം സെക്രട്ടറിമാരായ വി.എം. റെജിമോൻ, പി.എസ്.ബിന്ദുമോൾ, ബി.ആർ.സി. കോട്ടയം ഈസ്റ്റ് ട്രെയിനർ കെ.എം. സലീം എന്നിവർ പ്രസംഗിച്ചു.ഇവർക്കൊപ്പം വിവിധ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും പ്രതിനിധികളും പ്രസംഗിച്ചു. തുടർന്ന് ഓട്ടിസം സെൻ്ററിലെ കുട്ടികളും രക്ഷിതാക്കളും ചേർന്ന് രസകരമായ കുടുംബസംഗമവും കലാപരിപാടികളും നടത്തി.

In a significant step towards enhancing support for differently-abled children, Samagrashiksha Kerala has Opened an Autism Park adjacent to the Autism Center at the East Block Resource Center (BRC) in Kottayam Vayaskarakunnu. District Collector V. Vigneshwari inagurated the Autism Park .T his initiative, a collaboration with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) division of Paragon Polymers Private Limited, marks a major milestone in providing specialized care and education.

The Autism Park, constructed at a cost of 55 lakh rupees, began its development in January 2024 and was completed in a remarkable five-month period. It is located next to the District Education Complex and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities aimed at offering comprehensive therapy and support services. These include occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, sensory integration therapy, special education, group therapy, and counseling services.

The newly opened park is poised to become a pivotal resource for the welfare of differently-abled children in the region, offering them a conducive environment for growth and development. This initiative underscores the commitment of Samagrashiksha Kerala and Paragon Polymers Private Limited towards fostering inclusive education and providing holistic support for children with autism.
