About Toyota Innova Crysta

The much-awaited Toyota Innova Crysta 2016 has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 13.83 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The all-new Toyota Innova Crysta is being made available in a total of 10 variants – G (7/8 seater), GX (7/8 seater) AT/MT, VX (7/8 seater) MT and ZX (7 seater) AT/MT. Ditching the old powertrains, the new Toyota Innova Crysta comes with a new GD diesel engine lineup – a 146.9bhp, 2.4-litre and a 174.5bhp, 2.8-litre.

Transmission options on offer are a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic (only on the GX and ZX trims). The higher trim ZX comes loaded with a 7-inch audio system with navigation, automatic climate control, smart entry system with start/stop button, auto-close for tailgate, front seat with easy slide from rear, powered driver’s seat, 1-touch tumble for 2nd and 3rd row seats, airbags, ABS (anti-lock braking system), EBD (electronic brake-force distribution) and BA (brake assist). The new Innova Crysta comes with two seating configurations – 7-seater and 8-seater. Similar to its predecessor, the new Innova Crysta is being manufactured at the same facility.
