M.Arch

The Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Project Management at Aditya College of Architecture is a two-year, full-time program approved by the Council of Architecture and affiliated with the University of Mumbai. Designed to equip students with both theoretical and practical expertise, the course covers project planning, tendering, supervision, and execution for Greenfield and Brownfield developments. With a curriculum spanning four semesters, students gain knowledge in management principles, contract administration, advanced construction methods, and research methodologies. Emphasizing hands-on learning, the program integrates software training, studio work, elective subjects, and a Design Dissertation, culminating in a final project that showcases in-depth analysis and problem-solving. Alongside sessional work, students undergo theory examinations and external viva assessments, ensuring they are industry-ready for a successful career in project management within the field of architecture.
