Newtown(name credited to William Penn) is a Borough with a population between 2000-3000 range in the Bucks County of Pennsylvania. It remains as the border facing west of Trenton, New Jersey and is surrounded by the Newtown Township. Ranked as seventh in 2011's annual 10 Coolest Small Towns in America by Yahoo, this borough has a dominance of Amish Market with products in the business.
