Refund and Cancellation Policy of Citymapia Software Solutions

When you purchase a subscription to access and use the Software, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Citymapia is authorized to charge you at the beginning of each subscription term. The subscription charges and applicable taxes for as long as your Software subscription continues; and your Software subscription is continuous until you cancel it or your access and use of the Software is suspended, discontinued, or terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, Citymapia will calculate a pro-rated amount with the first payment due on signing.

The fees that Citymapia charges for the monthly, quarterly, or yearly services exclude phone, and Internet access charges, as well as other data transmission charges. In case of any change in subscription charge that will be notified to the existing customer 3 months in advance exclusive of the current month. Any currency exchange settlements are based on the customer's agreement with the payment method provider. To be clear: these charges are the customer's responsibility.

We will automatically bill your payment method each month (if applicable) on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your Software subscription (excluding any applicable trial period) or within three (3) to five (5) business days of such date. If your payment method on record reaches its expiration date and/or you do not renew your Software subscription, we reserve the right to terminate or limit your access to the Software.

Customers have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for the SaaS services at any time. For any kind of upgrade or downgrade in subscription, the customer has to write to support@citymapia.com.

The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle. With regards to downgrades on a subscription, Citymapia does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.

Cancellation

All subscriptions monthly, quarterly, and yearly renew automatically on their due renewal date according to the date of purchase until officially canceled in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to: support@citymapia.com Customers will receive an email from Citymapia confirming that their subscription to the SaaS service has been canceled.

When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

The above policies apply to all the SaaS services listed on Citymapia unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
