Techno ITI & Engineering Institute in Ettumanoor, Kottayam was founded in the year 1978 by Mr.Vijayakumar K P . It was started as an electric and electronic service center. Radio institute teaching was incorporated in the year 1977.
Techno was awarded the KGCE (Kerala Government Certificate Examination) affiliation in 1980.
