Aiynaas/ Iynas
Aiynaas/ Iynas (The dough is flattened and deep fried and coated with sugar). This seems very similar to the Bombay Kaja which is popular in Andhra Pradesh. I think they are different though. Since I have not had Kaja, I cannot be sure. If anyone knows please let me know through the comments.
